1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing CloverPit ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose
• Transfer your license to any third party

3. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and text, are owned by Panik Arcade, Future Friends Games, and Ateo GmbH (mobile port) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Purchases and Refunds

CloverPit is a premium game with no in-app purchases. The Game is sold through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play, Steam, Xbox, etc.). All purchases and refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform where you purchased the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANIK ARCADE, FUTURE FRIENDS GAMES, ATEO GMBH, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Age Requirements

The Game is rated for mature audiences in accordance with ESRB, PEGI, and other regional rating systems. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement for your region.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Future Friends Games operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
